Free, full-featured demos. Extract the archive to a temporary folder first, then run setup.exe — do not run the installer from inside the zip.

Running on Windows 10 and 11

These titles were built for DirectPlay, which Microsoft removed from later versions of Windows. If a game installs but will not start, or fails as soon as you load a scenario, the usual fix is to restore the dplayx.dll library.

Drop it into the game's installation folder. Our publisher hosts the file.

Installing several titles together

If you install the games into the same folder you can play older scenarios in the newer engine. Install in this order, skipping any title you do not own, and apply each update as you go:

ATF → Raging Tiger → The Falklands War → The Star and the Crescent → Air Assault Task Force

Air Assault Task Force goes on last. Everything earlier then runs in the AATF engine, with the improvements it brings.
