ProSIM simulations were designed from the start around how military organisations actually fight: orders issued down a chain of command, standing operating procedures, realistic delay between decision and execution, and weapon and sensor performance drawn from real data rather than tuned for balance.

That design is why versions of these simulations have been used as senior commander training tools. It is also why they adapt well to bespoke work — a scenario set built around a particular formation, terrain box or problem, with instrumented output an instructor can review afterwards.

Custom work has included counterinsurgency scenario packages, tailored orders of battle, specific terrain, and analysis data produced to a customer's specification.
